1. What is the early bird offer?

Kickstart your festive celebrations with our early bird offer – receive a free bottle of wine when you place your order before midnight on 10th November 2019

‡Offer valid on individual orders placed between 1st October and 10th November 2019.

If you spend €90 or more on Christmas Food to Order, we will email you an e-gift voucher within 48 hours of your order being placed, which you can use in selected M&S stores to claim one free bottle of La Huasa Merlot or Sauvignon Blanc – while Belgian Modern Adventure. One free product is available per order. Customers qualifying for the offer online will receive a voucher to redeem by 15 December 2019. The voucher is valid in all stores except M&S Outlet stores, M&S BP Connect stores, M&S stores in railway stations, service stations, airports and hospitals and online subject to terms and conditions.

2. Where is my early bird email?

If you haven't received an email with details of our early bird offer, be sure to check your junk folder. If you still can't see the email, please contact us by calling 0353 1695 0741.

3. How do I choose a collection store and time?

Collection is available from the majority of our IE stores and is free of charge.

You can search for your preferred location by name or postcode. Click Here.

Home delivery is not available.

4. Certain dates may become very busy, so please book your collection time as soon as possible.

The last order date for both Christmas (for collection on 22nd, 23rd, 24th December) and New Year (for collection 30th & 31st December) is 5pm on 15th December 2019.

Simply click ‘Choose collection time’ on the top left-hand corner of your screen.

Alternatively, we’ll ask you to choose a time when you confirm the items in your basket. To see your basket, click ‘View basket’ in the top right-hand corner of your screen.

5. How do I pay my deposit?

When you place your order, you’ll need to pay a non-refundable deposit. This will be €30 or your total order amount - whichever is less, please refer to our T&Cs for more details. You can make changes to your order through Customer Services from the morning after the day on which you placed your order. Any changes will be subject to collection time availability. Amending your order may affect the delivery date and the price you pay if offers or prices change. Orders placed online after 10 December cannot be amended. 

6. What do I need to bring with me to collect my order in store?

Make sure you print off your email confirmation or have it on your phone — You’ll need it to collect your order.

7. How do I amend my order?

You can amend and/or cancel your Christmas and New Year food orders up until 5pm on 10th December 2019.
